Helsinki: Screening of the Film “Wireless” and a Lecture on Nikola Tesla

A screening of the film Wireless and a lecture on the life and achievements of Nikola Tesla were held at the Embassy of the Republic of Serbia in Helsinki.
On June 22, 2026, the Embassy of the Republic of Serbia in Helsinki hosted a screening of the film Wireless, produced by the Nikola Tesla Museum in Belgrade, as well as a lecture on the life and work of Serbian-American scientist Nikola Tesla. The event was also organized to commemorate the 170th anniversary of Nikola Tesla’s birth.
The audience was addressed by Ambassador Aleksandar Janković, Deputy Chief of Mission of the United States Embassy in Helsinki John Christopher Carber, and Dr. Maja Vučkovac from the prestigious Finnish Aalto University, who spoke about Tesla’s scientific achievements and enduring legacy.
The lecture was followed by a reception featuring traditional specialties of Serbian cuisine.
