In discussions with Mats Brant, Head of the Ostrobothnia region, and Mila Segerwall, Mayor of Kristinestad, ambassador explored opportunities for establishing connections with corresponding cities in Serbia, strengthening economic cooperation, and fostering exchanges in culture, education, and tourism.

 

The visit also included meetings with the local business community. Ambassador Janković held talks with executives from Kone Ketonen and Nordautomation regarding potential partnerships with relevant companies in Serbia.

 

Additionally, the ambassador gave interviews to Suupohjan Sanomat and Sydin, where he highlighted the strong and friendly relations between Serbia and Finland and reaffirmed Serbia’s commitment to further strengthening ties through enhanced dialogue and cooperation, particularly in the economic sector.
