The keynote speakers were Minister of Foreign Affairs of Estonia H.E. Mr. Sven Mikser, Ambassador of Serbia H.E. Mr. Saša Obradović, and Deputy Head of the EEAC Office in the European Commission Mr. Clive Rumbold.
