CURRENT ENTRY REGIME OF FINLAND AND ESTONIA

FINLAND

Citizens of the Republic of Serbia are not allowed to enter Finland, except holders of resident permits. Transit is allowed at the airports.

Entry to Finland is permitted to holders of permanent residence permits, members of the family and emotional partners of the Finnish citizens (regardless the citizenship), as well as to persons coming from certain number of European and third countries (only essential and work-related travel). 14-day self-isolation is recommended to all persons traveling to Finland from risk areas. If they wish to reduce the self-isolation period, travellers may do two PCR tests (first not earlier than 72 hours prior to travel, second after three days of self-isolation upon arrival to Finland). In case they do not possess a proof of negative test done prior to travel, and they wish to reduce the self-isolation period, travellers can do a test immediately after entering Finland (that service is free of charge and available at the airport; more information at: https://www.finentry.fi/en/), and then a second test after 72 hours. There is no need to self-isolate and test in Finland if travellers possess a medical certificate proving that they had Covid-19 less than 6 months ago, or if they plan to stay in Finland for less than 72 hours and they possess a negative test done earliest 72 hours prior to entering Finland. ESTONIA

Citizens of the Republic of Serbia are not allowed to enter Estonia, except if they are coming for work or studies (in that case, a 10-days quarantine is mandatory, as well as two PCR tests – right upon entering Estonia and after 6 days of quarantine).

Entry to Estonia is permitted to holders of residence permits or long-stay visas and to the members of their families, that are coming from EU/Schengen member states, UK, Andorra, Monaco, San Marino and Vatican, as well as to the citizens of third countries from the EU list (list available at: https://vm.ee/en/information-countries-and-self-isolation-requirements-passengers), under condition that they do not show symptoms  of COVID-19. 10-days self-isolation is mandatory for everyone showing symptoms, as well as for those coming from the countries with more than 150 new infections per 100.000 population in the past 14 days. In case of travel from, or transit through the UK, a negative test done latest 72 hours prior to travel is mandatory. Citizens of the foreign countries not listed above may enter Estonia for the reasons of work or studies, with mandatory 10-days quarantine and two tests – right upon arrival and after 6 days of quarantine. Testing is available at the airport/ports to everyone entering Estonia (free of charge for Estonian citizens and 52 EUR for foreigners). If they wish to reduce the self-isolation period, travellers may do two PCR tests (first not earlier than 72 hours prior to travel, second after six days of self-isolation upon arrival to Estonia).
